1. Custom Design Services

Due to the creative and customized nature of our packaging design services, all sales are final once the design process has begun. Refunds are not available on:

Custom box designs

Logo and brand identity packages

Revisions after initial concepts have been delivered

Print-ready artwork

We encourage you to provide detailed input during the design briefing process to ensure we meet your expectations from the start.

2. Physical Product Orders

If we supply printed packaging products:

Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive damaged or defective items, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery with photographic evidence. We will evaluate the issue and, if confirmed, offer a replacement or store credit.

Incorrect Orders: If there is an error on our part (wrong design, incorrect quantity, or incorrect product), we will correct it at no extra cost.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted only under the following exceptional conditions:

Duplicate payment was made in error

Order was canceled before any design work or production began

Services were not rendered as agreed and attempts to correct the issue failed

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

You changed your mind after approving the design

Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer

Minor color or size variations due to screen differences or printing limitations

Failure to communicate required changes within the timeline specified

5. Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of confirmation, provided no design or production work has started.
